Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks field service engineers/technicians to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities across the United States. The role requires 100% travel, open availability Monday through Friday, and a mix of per-diem assignments with time for travel.

Responsibilities include assembling systems, verifying hardware and software configurations, and coordinating with engineers, project managers, and healthcare staff to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/High school equivalent required, with hands-on electronics or mechanical experience preferred.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in English and Italian.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, test, and assemble automated medication dispensing systems.
• Install and configure hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review schematics, drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work complies with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of support staff to manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
