Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer/Technician to install hardware for automated dispensing systems in healthcare facilities. The role requires travel nationwide and flexible scheduling, with workweeks that accommodate 16–30 hours plus travel time.

Candidates should have a Diploma di Maturità, at least 1 year in electronics/hardware/software/mechanical fields, and fluency in English and Italian. Immunization and credentialing requirements apply, with training provided.

Qualifications

Diploma di Maturità is required.
Minimum 1 year electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
English and Italian required.
Ability to work with hospital credentialing and immunization requirements.
Willing to travel locally, regionally, and nationally; valid driver’s license.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; installing and configuring hardware, software and medical devices.
Review schematics, drawings, docs and logistics to support installation activities.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Ensure work complies with quality requirements.
Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
