IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and service automated medication dispensing hardware across healthcare facilities in the United States. The role leverages your electronics, hardware, and software experience and offers opportunities to advance in a leading medical device company.

The position requires travel up to 100% locally, regionally, and nationally, with weekly schedules of 16–30 hours plus travel time.

Competenze

Diploma di Maturità is required.
Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
English and Italian is required.
Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally weekly.

Mansioni

Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; all tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
Review of schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
Training for this role will be provided and is paid
