Job summary

Experteer Italy is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager in Italy to act as the scientific expert for the BU, shaping local and EMEA medical strategy and guiding evidence-based engagement with HCPs, HCOs, and scientific bodies.

You will build partnerships, support launches, lead advisory boards, identify KOLs, and ensure compliant medical communications while staying up-to-date with European medical device regulations and the Italian healthcare system.

Qualifications

• MD degree with specialty (preferably surgical).
• 2-4 years in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, or related scientific role in medical devices or pharma.
• Knowledge of clinical research, evidence generation, and medical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement BU medical strategy through local field activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Serve as the local resource for medical and scientific information to HCPs, HCOs, and external stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture peer-to-peer relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
• Develop strategic partnerships with scientific stakeholders and other partners.
• Conceive and lead advisory boards and expert meetings as needed.
