ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions in Europe (EMEA) seeks a MedEd & Marketing Communications Manager to drive end-to-end education and marketing activities in Italy and emerging markets. You will localize content, manage events, and oversee contracts, budgets, and compliance across multiple countries within a matrix organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Marketing Communications (medical device/pharma strongly preferred).
• 3+ years in hands-on, field-facing marketing or events operations.
• Experience with external agencies, vendors, and print/digital production workflows.
• Experience interacting with physicians/KOLs and managing compliant MedEd activities.
• Experience with contract routing/archiving systems (e.g., ContractSafe) and managing POs/invoices preferred.
• Experience in cardiac care or cardiovascular healthcare is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end MedEd and marketing communications operations.
• Localize marketing collateral and coordinate translations ensuring compliance and brand consistency.
• Plan and manage events, conferences, and vendor coordination end-to-end.
• Oversee contracts, budgeting, sponsorships, and archiving per procedures.
• Maintain platforms, assets, and inventory including e-commerce content and marketing materials.
• Define, implement, and improve procedures, SOPs, and governance for MarCom and MedEd.
