Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanical or mechatronics engineering experience in industrial or R&D environments.
• Proven experience in laboratory testing, verification and validation activities, or prototype development.
• Hands-on involvement in the design and implementation of test setups, test benches, or experimental equipment.
• Interaction with workshops, suppliers, or internal manufacturing resources.

Responsibilities

• Support and independently manage verification and validation activities for mechanical, hydraulic and mechatronic components in the Technology Center laboratory.
• Review Test Requests for clarity, feasibility, and alignment with project requirements.
• Define test concepts, objectives, conditions, and acceptance criteria.
• Design components, prototypes, and fixtures using CAD, ensuring manufacturability.
• Implement and assemble laboratory test setups and coordinate with workshops.
• Execute tests following procedures, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Collect, process, and analyze test data using data analysis tools.
• Prepare clear test reports for Lab Manager review and approval.
• Contribute to day-to-day lab management, 5S, and HSE compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to support product validation.
