Job summary

Linde AMT Italy Srl is seeking a Mechatronic Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment in the Novara area. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and support automated systems and production lines to ensure optimal performance.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechatronics or related engineering, with 5+ years of experience, and are comfortable working shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in a similar industrial/manufacturing role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation.
• English proficiency and a safety-oriented mindset.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• In this role, you will handle routine and emergency maintenance activities on industrial equipment and machinery
• You will oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Moreover, you will support the maintenance automated systems and production lines to ensure optimal performance
• You manage equipment monitoring to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety standard
• You carry out predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities
• You prepare and update technical and maintenance documentation
• You will be hired under the metalworking national collective agreement, with a gross annual salary between €29,000 and €33,000, and meal vouchers worth €10 for each working day

What Makes You Great

• You have a technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar), with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial/manufacturing environments
• You can interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics accurately, and you use diagnostic and measurement tools confidently
• You have hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation, and you know the Machinery Directive and PED Directive 2014/68/EU
• Moreover, you are available to work shifts and You possess a strong safety-oriented mindset
• You embrace continuous improvement and innovation, you collaborate effectively across teams, and you communicate confidently in English
• You are familiar with MaintainX or similar CMMS tools, and you have contributed to Root Cause Analysis activities
• Also, you show strong problem-solving skills, and you are willing to join the First Aid and Fire Safety response team

Compensation package: Gross annual salary €29.000–€33.000, €10 meal vouchers per working day, employment regulated by the CCNL Metalmeccanico (CNEL C011).
