Sécheron Hasler Group in Pioltello (Milan) seeks a Mechanical R&D Engineer with strong FE simulation, 3D CAD, and project management experience. The role focuses on design and validation of electrical/mechanical systems for rail and industrial applications.

We offer a permanent contract under the metal-mechanical sector CCNL, with a gross annual salary range of €35,000–€60,000, depending on experience and skills, plus on-site work with limited smart working days and benefits.

Competenze

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in FE simulations for mechanical validation.
• 5+ years of industrial experience.
• Good knowledge of 3D CAD software.
• English fluency; French is a plus.
• Project management experience is required.

Mansioni

• Design and construct electrical system products and project solutions.
• Perform finite element analyses to aid design validation.
• Provide technology innovations and high product reliability.
• Maintain design database for traceability.
• Ensure high technology level in mechanical and electrical products.
• Validate all mechanical and electrical designs for the group.
