Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer – Mechanical to join our on-site Milan team. You will translate design intent into practical installation, coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams, and drive issue resolution to keep projects on track.

You’ll engage in drawing reviews, coordination meetings, risk assessments, and progress reporting on a major data centre program across Europe. A strong mechanical background and site delivery experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience delivering data centre or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong coordination between design, procurement and installation teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day mechanical engineering activities on a major construction project.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review designs, submittals and drawings for buildability and compliance.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for site activities.
• Maintain document control and track progress through weekly reports.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors and commercial teams to resolve issues early.
