To strengthen our R&D Department, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer – Plastic Components who will focus on the design and development of plastic parts and assemblies. In this role, you will contribute across the full product development lifecycle—from concept to production—working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Production Engineering, Product Certification, and Service. You will play a key role in ensuring that plastic components meet performance, cost, and manufacturability targets, supporting both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
The offer includes direct employment with the company on a permanent contract, with a gross annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €45,000. The indicated salary range reflects the expected compensation for the role and is defined based on objective criteria related to the job, including responsibilities, scope, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, demonstrated capabilities, and internal equity.
