Ariston Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Industrialization Intern to join the industrialization team in Italy. The role focuses on optimizing production processes, integrating technology in manufacturing, and supporting automation, data analysis, and rapid prototyping initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in industrial processes and manufacturing technologies.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and familiarity with mechanical design principles.
• Basic knowledge of 3D printing for prototyping.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of industrial processes, Time & Method studies, Lean Manufacturing/WCM principles.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
