Ivoclar EMEA in Naturno, Italy, is seeking a skilled CAM/CNC specialist to develop and optimize milling strategies for high-precision dental products. You will plan and run trials on CNC milling machines, test new software and tools, and support development projects through to mass production.

The role requires technical training in mechanical engineering or related fields, hands-on CAM/CNC experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

• Completed technical training in a mechanical field or similar qualification.
• Experience with CAM systems and CNC milling machines.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute your own ideas.

Your role

Your profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., mechanical engineer, mechatronics technician, metalworker, machining technician, or a comparable qualification)
• Experience with CAM systems and CNC milling machines
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute your own ideas
• Enjoyment of intercultural collaboration and international exchange
• Ability to work well in a team and coordinate projects and tasks constructively
• Passion for new things and a strong willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of German and English

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 42,000 EUR and a variable bonus based on the company's earnings. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
