Job summary

Ferrero in Alba, Italy is seeking a Mechanical Designer to join the Global Innovation Development & Design Team. You will design machinery for production and special processes, from concept through installation, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

You will use Autodesk Inventor and other CAD tools, manage design activities with a focus on safety, hygiene and environmental compliance, and support mobility across Ferrero plants worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing machinery for Food, FMCG, or Automation sectors.
• Proficiency with CAD software, especially Autodesk Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Design special equipment and machinery from needs analysis to installation in plants.
• Coordinate external studies and ensure project coherence across stages.
• Manage budget, schedule, quality, safety, hygiene and environmental aspects.
