Fendi Italia Srl invites a Leather & Materials Specialist to join the Shoes Product Development Office in Fermo. You will conduct materials research balancing stylistic and production needs, and collaborate with style, quality, and suppliers to register data sheets and monitor material orders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Product Management or related field and at least five years in fashion, with strong knowledge of leather/fabric production processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Product Management or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the role within fashion industry.
• Experience in leather industrialization is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of materials (Leather and Fabric) and production processes.
• Strong trend research and attention to new materials.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with style office for trends and to check research results
• Materials research and development
• Collaborate with Quality Department to define technical aspects and testing for raw material and compliance
• Register technical data sheets in database and share with suppliers
• Monitor orders of leather samples
• Control quality and follow industrialization of raw materials
• Anticipate and manage production issues, propose solutions
