Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Monselice (PD) seeks a skilled planner/fulfillment analyst to support planning and fulfillment processes across the metalworks supply chain. You will monitor inventory, lead times, and on‑time delivery, working with suppliers to improve performance.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering, SAP knowledge a plus, and fluency in Italian with good English. A proactive mindset, organization, and strong communication with suppliers are essential.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical or others).
• Good knowledge of Basic MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1/B2).
• Proactivity, organization, attention to detail and strong communication with suppliers.

Mansioni

• Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning & fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization).
• Identify root causes for non-performance and drive improvement initiatives across the Hub-Business Unit or Local BU/PG.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
• Implement expediting processes where necessary.
• Support local Operations Planners Master Schedule Planner, Material planner and Operational Buyers with delivery date information.
• Compile and send weekly/monthly reports to business leaders on suppliers performance.
• Live core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
