TotalEnergies Italia Servizi recherche un interlocuteur achats pour soutenir l’exécution des opérations d’achat, avec une responsabilité clé dans la gestion des données matières et le suivi des commandes dans un cadre industriel. Le poste exige un Master en ingénierie de management, une expérience en achats et une forte capacité d’analyse.

Le contract est à durée d’un an via une agence d’intérim, et une exposition internationale est valorisée.

Competenze

• Master’s degree en Management Engineering exigé.
• Expérience internationale souhaitée.
• Expérience dans les achats de biens et/ou services dans l’industrie pétrolière appréciée.
• Anglais et italien obligatoires.

Mansioni

• Créer et maintenir les données maîtres des matériaux.
• Gérer les réquisitions d’achat et les achats groupés.
• Conduire les appels d’offres et les négociations avec les fournisseurs.
• Établir les documents contractuels et suivre les PO jusqu’à réception et paiement.
• Assurer le respect des procédures achats et l’utilisation des systèmes (SAP).

Activités

The Job holder will support the proper execution of purchasing operations by performing the following activities:

• Create and maintain the materials master data for use across all areas of the Company owned material
• Handle the reception of materials purchase requisitions
• Group materials requisitions to reduce process costs, compile tender packages and organize call for tender / request for quotation
• Answer to tenderers requests for clarification
• Study, compare and evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantageous conditions
• Organize and lead negotiations with suppliers associated with award and performance of POs
• Establish corresponding contractual documents: purchase orders, etc…
• Ensure the follow-up of purchase orders until complete reception and payment
• Ensure rapid and correct validation of PO’s
• Ensure reception of acknowledgement of receipt for PO’s from suppliers
• Ensure Suppliers’ deliveries on time
• Follow-up of goods receipt until affiliate’s central warehouse.
• Negotiate and solve all changes leading to amendment from Métier Partners or suppliers/contractors
• Clarify discrepancies between material received and orders, if any with suppliers
• Adhere to materials management policies and procedures defined by HQ for all activities performed including the use of integrated business systems (SAP)

Profil du candidat

We offer a one-year employment contract through a staffing agency

• Master’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering
• International exposure
• Previous experience in purchasing goods and/or services in the petroleum industry will be a plus
• Interpersonal skills, problem solving, planning and organization
• English and Italian mandatory
