Costa's Genoa Headquarters is seeking an Enterprise MarTech Program Manager to bridge business and technology across omnichannel personalization, pricing, and bundling. You will help evolve Costa's MarTech ecosystem, CDP integration, and enterprise platform delivery to support growth and customer experience.

You will lead governance, vendor management, and complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology investments, with a strong focus on delivery

Competenze

• 6-8 years of experience in MarTech, Digital Transformation, Platform Delivery, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Program Management or similar.
• Experience managing end-to-end programs across full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems including CDP, Marketing Automation, Personalization, and Omnichannel technologies.
