Job summary

Jet HR is seeking a Marketing Ops/RevOps analytics leader to own measurement end to end, from attribution to funnel performance. You will ensure clean, actionable marketing data, influence strategy with empirical insights, and automate reporting for scalable growth. The role combines data, analytics and operational impact in a hybrid Milan setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Marketing Ops, deep HubSpot expertise, and a pragmatic, cross-functional mindset to drive nARR and budget decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Ops, RevOps or Marketing Analytics with real budget and pipeline targets.
• Deep HubSpot expertise: lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of the marketing data landscape: tracking, UTMs, ad-platform APIs, CRM objects.
• Sceptical, rigorous mindset: understand attribution limits and distinguish signal from noise.
• Ownership mindset: maintain data integrity and take action without prompting.
• Cross-functional influence: align RevOps, Data, SalesOps and Growth definitions.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement end-to-end including attribution model, marketing forecast and budget tracking.
• Clean and usable marketing data; define data quality and dashboards; collaborate with Central Data Team.
• Challenge marketing strategy with data and provide evidence to plan owners.
• Own funnel performance and lead scoring; define funnel definitions and conversion metrics; measure per stage.
• Automate reporting and build tools to reduce manual work.
