Kedrion Biopharma GmbH in Italy invites applications for a Marketing Internship to join our dynamic Italian Marketing Department. You will gain hands-on experience in a leading biopharmaceutical company and work with experienced professionals.

You will support definition and execution of Brand Plans, assist with promotional materials, and help monitor activities to ensure regulatory compliance. English proficiency and teamwork are essential, with a keen willingness to learn.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Science, or related fields (e.g., Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology).
• No prior experience is required, but an interest and/or basic knowledge of marketing logic and the industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Mansioni

• Support the process related to the definition and the execution of the Brand Plans, both at global and local level.
• Assist with creating promotional materials, monitoring activities, and ensuring everything follows current rules and regulations (like European legislation and codes of conduct).
• Support the implementation of communication plans by working with agencies and collaborating with the marketing team to assess creative ideas and advertising proposals
• Support preliminary analysis related to market potential and competition for products in the portfolio.
• Take part in product training sessions designed for the sales team and business partners/distributors, working alongside Medical Affairs and Commercial departments.
• Provide support in gathering and disseminating information and updates on products and reference markets to various company functions (e.g., Sales Network).
• Support to the Marketing & Commercial Excellence Plan Execution in ICON Area, including recurrent analysis on KPIs.
• Contribute to strengthening the Company's image, and to spreading Vision, Values, and Corporate Identity.

Marketing Internship

We are looking for a Internship Marketing - to join our dynamic Italian Marketing Department. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a leading biopharmaceutical company.

This internship offers a comprehensive overview of product marketing dynamics, enabling the intern to:

• Support the process related to the definition and the execution of the Brand Plans, both at global and local level
• Assist with creating promotional materials, monitoring activities, and ensuring everything follows current rules and regulations (like European legislation and codes of conduct).
• Support the implementation of communication plans by working with agencies and collaborating with the marketing team to assess creative ideas and advertising proposals
• Support preliminary analysis related to market potential and competition for products in the portfolio.
• Take part in product training sessions (for both new and existing products) designed for the sales team and business partners/distributors, working alongside Medical Affairs and Commercial departments.
• Provide support in gathering and disseminating information and updates on products and reference markets to various company functions (e.g., Sales Network).
• Support to the Marketing & Commercial Excellence Plan Execution in ICON Area, including recurrent analysis on Quantitative and Qualitative KPIs related to FF Activity and Marketing Data Analysis
• Contribute to strengthening the Company's image, and to spreading Vision, Values, and Corporate Identity.
