Cooper Consumer Health Italy in Monza invites a passionate R&D Intern to support cosmetic and medical device formulation, from concept to launch, working closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain.

This 6‑month, full‑time internship offers a €900 monthly allowance, on-site canteen and one day per week of smart working.

Pursuing a scientific degree with curiosity and teamwork will help you thrive in a dynamic European group.

Mansioni

• Support the formulation and development of cosmetic products, from laboratory prototypes to industrial scale-up.

• Manage laboratory raw materials inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering support, and storage organization.
• Support the maintenance, calibration, and routine verification of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, product specifications, and project reports.

We are looking for a passionate and curious R&D Intern to join our Research & Development team in Monza.

This internship represents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in cosmetic and medical device formulation, product innovation, and consumer healthcare. The selected candidate will support the development of new cosmetic and medical device products from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Key activities

• Support the formulation and development of cosmetic products, from laboratory prototypes to industrial scale-up.


• Conduct laboratory trials, stability assessments, and compatibility tests with packaging materials.


• Manage laboratory raw materials inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering support, and storage organization.


• Support the maintenance, calibration, and routine verification of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.


• Support the preparation of technical documentation, product specifications, and project reports.

Qualifications

• Scientific degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or equivalent scientific disciplines.

What we offer

• Duration: initially 6 months.


• Working hours: Full-time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)


• Smart working: 1 day per week


• Monthly allowance: €900,00


• On-site Canteen.

This internship is a structured training experience designed to support entry into the professional world.
