Job summary

PPG Industries in Piemonte seeks a Marketing Communications Specialist to support integrated campaigns for Automotive Coatings, crafting engaging content, delivering internal and external communications, and coordinating with Sales, Product Management, and R&D to align on brand messaging.

You will develop collateral, support events and digital marketing, and monitor campaign performance, applying data-driven practices and Canva/Adobe tools to produce compelling materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications or related role.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or automotive environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Proficient with MS Office; Canva and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of data analytics and campaign performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Create external communications, including press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
• Ensure all communications align with PPG branding and messaging standards.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital assets.
• Support content development that showcases customer success stories, product innovations, and industry trends.
• Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Support email marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
• Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D teams to support product positioning and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign and communication performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Mission

Support the execution of integrated marketing communications initiatives for PPG’s Automotive Coatings business by developing engaging content, delivering internal and external communications, supporting marketing campaigns and events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with content creation and design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI-powered tools, and campaign performance measurement to support marketing effectiveness.
