Job summary

Quest Global in Florence is seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist to support corporate communications aligned with brand guidelines and global initiatives. You will create content for internal and external audiences to strengthen employer branding.

You will collaborate with HR and Group Marketing to implement local campaigns, coordinate events, webinars, and manage websites, social channels, newsletters, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Work location: Florence

Salary range: 26000 E - 30000 E

Role Overview

The role will support the company’s Marketing and Communication activities, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines, brand identity, and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and promote corporate communication content, both internally to support employee engagement and retention, and externally to strengthen brand visibility and employer positioning.


• Collaborate with the Group Marketing & Communication team on the local implementation of global campaigns and initiatives.


• Support the organization of corporate events, trade fairs, webinars, and employer branding activities.


• Partner with HR on initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience, engagement, and internal communication.


• Create and update content for websites, social media, newsletters, corporate presentations, brochures, flyers, and other communication materials.


• Support Business Managers and relevant departments in office rebranding and refurbishment projects.


• Coordinate external suppliers, agencies, and partners, ensuring quality standards, budget compliance, and effective project delivery.


• Manage the allocated budget for assigned projects.
