Job summary

This 12-month FTC role focuses on ensuring accurate dealer data, timely order processing, and effective resolution of shipment issues while collaborating with dealers, carriers, and internal teams. Fluency in English and at least 3 years in logistics are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dealer records with data accuracy.
• Monitor and manage orders across SAP and EDI systems.
• Track shipments and resolve transportation issues with carriers.
• Process warehouse and transport claims with proper documentation.
• Support dealer inquiries on status, returns, and tracking.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs, and warehouses to resolve issues.
• Maintain databases, generate reports, and support audits.
• Assist with special shipments and training tasks as needed.
• Oversee dealer inboxes and fleet/vehicle administration activities.
