RINA is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Ports & Maritime in Genoa, Italy, within the Maritime Infrastructure Engineering PM Division. The role targets a protected-category candidate under Italian Law 68/99, with 1+ year of engineering/project experience and PM certifications desirable.

Strong organizational and collaboration skills are essential for coordinating cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes project planning, client updates, documentation, scheduling, budgeting and risk

Competenze

Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato).
+1 year of experience in engineering or technical project settings.
Professional PM certifications desirable (PMP/PRINCE2).
Basic understanding of project lifecycle, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methods is an advantage.

Mansioni

Assist in creating and maintaining project plans with tasks, timelines and milestones.
Update trackers and reports to inform stakeholders of status.
Support client interactions and document client meetings and action items.
Prepare and organize project documentation and ensure accessibility.
Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, and track milestones.
Support budget tracking and identify potential variances for PM review.
Conduct quality checks and report deviations from the plan.
