RINA is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for Ports & Maritime Engineering in Genoa, within the Maritime Infrastructure Engineering Project Management Division. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across the project lifecycle, contributing to feasibility, design and construction supervision, and support tender submissions to grow the Ports Group.

The role demands leadership in PM activities, managing budgets, schedules, and client relations across national and international

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Management Engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering.
• 8+ years of project engineering experience or 5+ years in project management.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages a plus.
• Professional project management certifications desirable (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Lean methodologies.

Mansioni

• Be responsible for overall profit and loss results of single projects.
• Manage major contracts within the Business Line.
• Coordinate technical and contractual discussions with customers and suppliers.
• Apply advanced planning, scheduling and controlling.
• Monitor progress against baselines and manage deviations and actions.
• Prepare invoicing requests and monitor payments.
