Wärtsilä in Genova, Italy, is seeking a Coordinator for Parts Coordination Management to support our Marine customers. You will coordinate quotes and orders, liaise between customers and internal departments, and ensure timely, accurate spare parts documentation.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, fluency in English, and is expected to travel about 10%. The annual salary range for Italy is 30,000 EUR – 40,000 EUR as per the CCNL Metalmeccanico; final pay depends on scope,

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (technical or commercial).
• Fluency in English.
• SAP knowledge and Supply Chain understanding will be considered as a plus, but it is not a prerequisite.

Mansioni

• Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to procedures and local requirements.
• Act as a link between customer and the departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
• Ensure high-quality responses for quotes and orders and maintain accurate spare parts documents.
• Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions for quotations and orders.
• Follow up quotes and orders with customers and sales teams.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide right solutions.
• Communicate parts deliveries information to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with supply chain for parts deliveries as per process.
