AL7935 GRID Solutions S.p.A. is seeking a Process Engineer for a high‑tech manufacturing site focused on RIP and OIP technology.

You will oversee process activities, ensuring quality excellence and strict adherence to safety standards while collaborating with production teams to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry with proven industrial plant experience and strong skills in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, P&ID

Competenze

• Education: Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proven experience in industrial sites featuring chemical plants is preferred.
• Technical skills: fluid dynamics and thermodynamics; plant operations; ability to interpret P&IDs and process flows.
• Soft skills: cross-functional collaboration, decision-making in operations, real-time problem solving; strong deadline orientation.
• Mindset: safety-first and Lean mindset.

Mansioni

• Ensure highest quality of production processes by monitoring critical parameters for product reliability.
• Operate in compliance with safety standards and health regulations.
• Collaborate with production team to monitor processes and prevent delays.
• Oversee process activities on the production line including impregnation and treatment phases.
• Propose and implement technical improvements to increase quality standards.
• Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams.
