Multi-Wing, azienda internazionale specializzata in ventole per applicazioni industriali, cerca uno/una Manufacturing Engineering Specialist per ottimizzare processi, dati di prodotto e flussi di produzione. La figura creerà e manterrà BoM, codici prodotto e routing, collaborando con Engineering, Planning, Production e Quality per migliorare efficienza e conformità tecnica.

Competenze

• Conoscenza di processi di produzione e dati tecnici dei prodotti.
• Esperienza nell’applicazione di Lean Manufacturing sul floor.
• Capacità di leggere disegni tecnici e specifiche di prodotto.

Mansioni

• Creare e mantenere codici prodotto, BoM e routing di produzione.
• Garantire accuratezza e coerenza di dati tecnici tra disegni, specifiche e ERP.
• Definire e aggiornare routing di produzione, operazioni e tempi standard.
• Collaborare con Engineering, Planning, Production e Quality per validare info tecniche.
• Supportare l’uso e il miglioramento continuo dei dati nel sistema ERP Microsoft Dynamics.
• Individuare e implementare miglioramenti nei processi di produzione e flussi di lavoro.
• Supportare iniziative Lean sul lo shop floor e progetti di miglioramento continuo.

The Role

We are looking for a strong Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team and support the optimization of manufacturing processes, product data, and production flow within a structured industrial environment. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of product structures, bills of materials, and production routings, while also playing an active role in improving manufacturing efficiency and supporting Lean initiatives on the shop floor. This position is ideal for a manufacturing professional who combines solid technical knowledge with a practical mindset and a strong interest in process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product codes, bills of materials (BoMs), and production routings in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical and production data across drawings, specifications, and ERP systems.
• Define, review, and update manufacturing routings, including operations, work centers, and standard times.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality to collect, validate, and align technical information.
• Support the use and continuous improvement of technical data within the company ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, data structure, and workflow efficiency.
• Actively support Lean Manufacturing initiatives on the shop floor, including waste reduction, standardization, visual management, and process optimization.
• Participate in improvement activities such as layout optimization, workflow analysis, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support manufacturing documentation and contribute to strong data governance and process standardization practices.
• Monitor process performance and help drive sustainable operational improvements in collaboration with production teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or production support role within a structured manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working with BoMs, routings, technical product data, and production processes.
• Practical experience in applying Lean Manufacturing principles on the shop floor is required.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is considered a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, bills of materials, routing structures, and technical documentation.
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings and product specifications.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and general digital tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and structured product data management.
• Knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, standard work, visual management, and root cause analysis.

Soft Skills

• Very good communication skills in English and Italian.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work closely with shop floor and office-based teams.

• Experience in an international manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies beyond Lean.
