Lindt & Sprüngli seeks a Head of Manufacturing for its Induno Olona site in Italy. You will be accountable for manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets while delivering the production plan.

You will lead the manufacturing organization, drive TPM and Lean initiatives, and coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance and other functions to meet objectives. The role requires strong leadership, technical background, and ability to translate business priorities into

Qualifications

Degree in technical or scientific discipline.
Senior manufacturing/plant operations experience in complex environments.
Experience applying TPM and Lean Manufacturing principles.
English proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

Execute the production plan and address feasibility, constraints and priorities.
Deliver site objectives across safety, quality, service, volumes, productivity and cost.
Lead KPI reviews, data quality, variance analysis and corrective actions.
Champion TPM and Lean principles, embedding standards and problem solving.
Define accountabilities, resources and control systems for the manufacturing org.
Develop and manage the area budget and identify productivity initiatives.
