Wolters Kluwer Italia in Turin seeks a Manager – Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team delivering scalable, web-based software. You will drive AI-native development practices across the lifecycle and partner with Product and Architecture leaders to improve delivery and outcomes.

You will translate business needs into capability plans, mentor engineers, and foster an inclusive culture while shaping an engineering strategy and talent development.

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience in software teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic workflows is desirable.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and AI integration across development lifecycle.
• Solid cloud application development knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft stack and frontend technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical plans.

• Provide project-based technical leadership within the Engineering team.
• Drive the adoption of AI-native software development practices across teams.
• Partner with Product and Architecture to identify AI opportunities to improve delivery and outcomes.
