MEININGER Milano Lambrate is seeking a motivated Hotel Management Trainee for a 12–18 month program, offering a multifaceted view of hotel operations across Italy. The role provides fast-track exposure to supervisory tracks in Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, and Management.

You will receive career coaching, development feedback, and assignments across MEININGER locations as you grow into a management role upon successful completion.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in English and Italian is required; other languages are a plus.
• Strong focus on results with the ability to work under pressure.

MEININGER Management Trainee Program offers you a multifaceted insight into hotel operations of a growing, international hotel chain and is a fast-track development opportunity for you to grow into a supervisory or management role upon successful completion of the program.

THE PROGRAM

• Duration: 12 - 18 months
• Comprehensive development program incl. core modules Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, Management
• Assignments across Italy
• Exciting and challenging projects to implement systems and improve processes
• Career coaching, performance & development feedback to support you on your career path

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional education plus 1-2 years of experience in hospitality with an excellent track record of performance
• Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to develop a career in the industry
• Potential for leadership and aspiration to create an impact as a manager at MEININGER
• Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills and competencies
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure or in situations of uncertainty
• Strong focus on results and understanding of the business
• Excellent communication skills
• Cultural savvy and international mindset
• You have very good written and spoken English and Italian skills, other languages are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the traineeship assignments to various MEININGER locations
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel booking software is an advantage
