Una società di cybersecurity è alla ricerca di un Major Account Manager per guidare le vendite e lo sviluppo business in importanti account italiani. Il candidato ideale ha più di 5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite enterprise, possiede una rete nel settore e parla fluentemente italiano e inglese. Il ruolo richiede competenze eccellenti in comunicazione e negoziazione, e offre un ambiente inclusivo in cui ogni idea è valorizzata.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza nella vendita enterprise, preferibilmente in cybersecurity o soluzioni IT.
• Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione, negoziazione e presentazione.
• Rete consolidata nel settore enterprise e pubblico italiano.

Mansioni

• Guidare vendite e sviluppo business in account italiani.
• Costruire relazioni di fiducia con dirigenti e decision-maker.
• Identificare le esigenze dei clienti e fornire soluzioni cybersecurity su misura.

Major Account Manager – Italy

What You'll Do

• Drive strategic sales and business development across major Italian accounts
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions
• Work cross-functionally with technical, channel, and leadership teams
• Lead account planning, quarterly reviews, and forecasting
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment

What You Bring

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience (cybersecurity or IT solutions preferred)
• A strong network within the Italian enterprise and public sector
• Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
