Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Italy to lead the daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will guide a skilled technical team, drive preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to maximize plant performance.

The role combines hands-on leadership with planning, coordination, and continuous improvement responsibilities, including collaboration with external vendors and managing budgets and spares.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma with relevant maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role within manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading technical maintenance teams and using maintenance management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production safely and reliably.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work based on priority and skills.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting productivity, equipment performance, or quality.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance plans and checklists.
• Manage emergencies, provide technical direction during breakdowns.
