Barilla G. e R. Fratelli S.p.A. is seeking a Maintenance Manager at the Castiglione plant to lead maintenance of production and packaging lines. You will coordinate internal and external resources, plan maintenance, and drive improvements to reliability and efficiency.

The role reports to the Technical Area Manager and requires strong technical qualifications in mechanical and electrical systems. A competitive package includes a base salary with a potential above-level bonus and welfare benefits.

Competenze

Technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering; proven experience acceptable.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Siemens STEP 7 for PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.

Mansioni

Plan and manage maintenance for production and packaging lines, coordinating internal and external resources.
Propose investments and technical interventions to maximize line performance and reliability.
Ensure availability of maintenance materials aligned with plant needs and guidelines.
Support execution of maintenance activities in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain and update asset documentation and CMMS data for continuous improvement.
