CHANEL Milano is seeking a senior Visual Merchandiser to translate the spirit of the collections into a one-of-a-kind boutique experience. You will become an ambassador of CHANEL Style, ensuring the House's visual codes are conveyed with impeccable presentation and customer engagement.

In this role you will maintain displays, manage stock and labeling, and collaborate with the VM and Sales teams to drive the boutique's performance while upholding the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship.

Competenze

• At least 5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, with a strong passion for Fashion or Luxury.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
• Proactive, open-minded and highly creative.
• Strong intercultural awareness.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Mansioni

• Ensure high-quality client welcome via impeccable boutique upkeep, VM and inventories.
• Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines and boutique procedures.
• Keep boutique image high; maintain windows, display, cleanliness and lighting.
• Contribute daily to display maintenance and product replenishment.
• Label products and ensure price displays are correct.
• Raise sales teams’ awareness of display standards and best practices.
• Ensure tools to showcase products are available; monitor VM inventory and report needs.
• Inspire desire by elevating presentation of collections, leveraging Brand heritage and craftsmanship.
• Develop knowledge of luxury trends to fuel creativity and share ideas.
• Ensure display photo reporting is completed accurately and on deadlines.
• Manage activity: understand objectives and propose action plans to achieve them.
• Use stock knowledge to drive boutique commercial performance.
• Participate in Morning Briefs and contribute ideas.
• Share collection display and merchandising proposals with managers in advance.
• Incorporate client feedback into display implementation.
• Ensure weekly product rotations; work with Stock to manage inventory.
