You will work within an international team, mentoring junior cooks, maintaining high hygiene standards, and contributing to cost control while delivering exceptional guest experiences aboard this iconic train.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotels, Michelin-starred venues, or premium hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining techniques and menu execution.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and work varied schedules.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
