You will craft cocktails and beverages, deliver personalised service to discerning guests, and actively contribute to guest satisfaction across journeys through precise drink preparation and elegant presentation.

Experience in luxury hotels, premium bars, or cruise ships, along with strong English communication, will help you excel in this dynamic, globally oriented hospitality environment

Formación

• Previous experience as a Bartender, Barman, Mixologist, or Bar Waiter in luxury hospitality environments.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong beverage knowledge and cocktail preparation skills.
• Experience working with international guests in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards and approved recipes.
• Ensure accurate drink measures and consistently high presentation standards.
• Deliver attentive, professional, and personalised service to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Support beverage sales and contribute to guest satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, storage, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Support cashier procedures and ensure accurate handling of all bar transactions.
• Complete bar mise-en-place and ensure readiness before each service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar and all operating equipment.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting bar areas after service.
• Report guest feedback, stock concerns, maintenance requirements, and operational issues to management.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and onboard departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
• Maintain Food & Beverage standards while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
