Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in luxury retail management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of store KPIs and sales driving.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and drive the Selling Ceremony.
• Lead your team by example.
• Train and coach your team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experience.
• Exceed store objectives and KPIs through coaching.
• Monitor and report shop floor activity and KPIs to Area manager.
• Analyse store performance to identify turnover opportunities.
• Maintain high-quality service and CRM to build loyalty.
• Ensure stock management and VM guidelines are followed.
• Create rotations and manage opening/closing procedures.
