Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Full-Time Stock Controller for our Serravalle Scrivia store. The role focuses on back-of-house stock management, replenishment, inventories, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure products are readily available for clients.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in stock management or retail, be fluent in Italian and English, and be able to work weekends. RFIDs experience is valued, with competitive compensation and meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in stock management or retail operations, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Available to work during weekends.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring products are always available for clients.
• Organize and maintain stockroom, monitor rotations and new arrivals to support sales teams.
• Deal with stock replenishment, participate in inventories and stock room maintenance.
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and discrepancies are reported to line manager.
• Handle customer repair requests and after-sales procedures in line with company policy.
• Support colleagues in administrative activities.
