Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Full-Time Stock Controller for our Serravalle Scrivia store. The role supports back-of-house operations and ensures stock availability for clients.

You will organize the stockroom, monitor rotations, manage replenishment, conduct cycle counts, handle repair requests, and assist with administrative tasks. 1–3 years in stock management, attention to detail, and weekend availability are required; fluency in Italian and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in stock management or retail operations.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
• Experience with RFID systems is highly valued.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Available to work during weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all warehouse operations efficiently to ensure products are always available for clients.
• Organize and maintain stockroom, monitor rotations, and keep information for sales teams.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventories, and stockroom maintenance.
• Conduct regular counts and report discrepancies to line manager.
• Handle customer repair requests and adhere to after-sales procedures.
• Support colleagues with administrative activities.

Overview

Moncler is looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join the team of our Store in Serravalle Scrivia.

As an experienced Stock Controller, the person will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house and, in partnership with the team, will aim at reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well. We are looking for a team member who has good organizational skills, team-working attitude and attention to detail.

Your Impact

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for our Clients;
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients;
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager;
• Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to;
• Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in stock management or retail operations, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector;
• Stong attention to detail and well-organized;
• Experience with the use of RIFD system is highly valued;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Available to work during weekends;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Compensation & Benefits

• Emplyment under CCNL Tessile collective agreement.
• Gross annual salary range: €24,000–€27,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
