Six Senses Rome is seeking a Guest Service Desk Agent (SPA) - Stage to support luxury spa operations and guest services in a premier setting. You will assist reception, reconfirm bookings, maintain front-of-house cleanliness, manage towels and retail, and respond to phone and email inquiries, while upholding Six Senses standards and guest care ethos.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Italian and English, hold a high school diploma, and be eligible to work in Italy, gaining valuable experience

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree is a plus.
• Experience in luxury spa/hotel environments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Check and assist with the setup of daily spa reception operations according to Six Senses Spa standards.
• Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings and manage appointment schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of reception and front-of-house areas.
• Provide towels and amenities in spa areas as needed.
• Promote and set up retail offerings for guests.
• Answer telephone and email communications.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and standards of service.
• Follow LQA standards and address guest feedback.
