Six Senses Rome is seeking a Guest Service Desk Agent to support daily spa reception operations and guest services in a luxury setting. You will handle bookings, maintain the reception area, and ensure smooth front-of-house experiences for guests.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, MS Office proficiency, and a background in luxury hospitality. EU work permission is required. Annual gross salary range is €19,000–€22,500.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in luxury spas/health clubs.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are preferred.
• EU Work permit.

Mansioni

• Set up daily operations of the spa reception according to Six Senses standards.
• Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings and manage appointment calendars.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the reception and front-of-house areas.
• Restock towels and amenities in spa common areas as needed.
• Offer appropriate retail products and set up the retail area per standards.
• Answer telephone and email communications.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and performance benchmarks; meet or exceed expectations.
• Comply with LQA standards and address guest comments.
