Coach is seeking a Sales Associate for our luxury retail team in Italy. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, build client relationships, and drive sales across omni‑channel channels.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in luxury fashion sales, strong English, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while leveraging POS tools and social selling to boost brand loyalty.

Competenze

• 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion sales experience.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems and clienteling tools preferred.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Support store operations including cash wrap and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
