Prada Group in Milan is seeking a Warehouse Support Assistant to help the sales team by moving products between stockroom and sales floor and handling orders at the cash desk.

The role requires fluency in English, a strong affinity for luxury products, and excellent teamwork. You will contribute to keeping the store and warehouse organized while delivering service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Competenze

• High affinity for luxury products.
• High sense of responsibility, good communication and team working skills.
• Good knowledge of computer skills.
• Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages are desirable.

Mansioni

• Support the sales team when serving customers.
• Take unsold products from sales area to or from stockroom to sales area.
• Processing orders from the sales team.
• Assist salesperson wrapping the merchandises.
• Serve drinks to customers when needed.
• Contribute to the organization, maintenance and optimization of the warehouse.
• Keep the sales floor clean and tidy.
