Job summary

Antal International Network is seeking a Cluster Finance Controller for two ultra-luxury Sardinia properties. You will lead financial operations, controls, and performance across a multi-property setting, partnering with General Managers to implement profitable policies and drive financial strategy.

The role blends control, reporting, budgeting, and treasury leadership to support luxury hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Director of Finance / Financial Controller in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels or resorts.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control including sales, purchasing, salaries and expenses; implement and review financial policies; ensure audit compliance
• Produce monthly GAAP financial reports; oversee budgeting and forecasting; long-term planning; monthly and annual reporting
• Monitor budgets; report major deviations; partner with two General Managers to implement controls and action plans
• Treasury management, cash planning, optimize cash use; monitor tax law changes and implement policy updates
• Assist with accounting for asset sales or ownership changes and communicate with regional offices
