Job summary

Antal International Network seeks a Cluster Finance Controller for two ultra-luxury Sardinia properties. You will lead finance operations, controls and performance across multi-property settings, partnering with General Managers to implement policies and safeguard profitability.

The role blends reporting, budgeting, treasury leadership and governance, with high visibility and close collaboration with regional and corporate offices. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Director of Finance / Financial Controller in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels or resorts.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong leadership with commercial mindset and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control including sales, purchasing, salaries and expenses; implement and review financial policies; ensure audit compliance.
• Produce monthly GAAP financial reports; oversee budgeting and forecasting; long-term planning; monthly and annual reporting.
• Monitor budgets; report major deviations; partner with GMs to implement controls and action plans.
• Assist General Managers with local policies, internal controls and safeguards to ensure profitability and control of operations.
• Treasury management, cash planning, optimize cash use; monitor tax law changes and implement policy updates.
• Maintain communication with Belmond regional office (Milan) and Cheval Blanc corporate (Paris); report to Divisional Financial Controllers and GMs.
