Job summary

Antal International Network seeks a Cluster Finance Controller to lead financial operations for a multi-property ultra-luxury resort portfolio in Sardinia. You will partner with General Managers to implement policies, safeguard profitability, and drive financial strategy across sales, purchasing, salaries and expenses.

You will produce GAAP reports, oversee budgeting and forecasting, manage treasury and taxes, and report to regional offices and GMs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Director of Finance / Financial Controller in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong cluster / multi-property exposure preferred.
• Solid leadership skills with commercial mindset and hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control including sales, purchasing, salaries and expenses; implement and review financial policies; ensure audit compliance
• Produce monthly GAAP financial reports; oversee budgeting and forecasting; long-term planning; monthly and annual reporting
• Monitor budgets; report major deviations; partner with two General Managers to implement controls and action plans
• Assist General Managers with local policies, internal controls and safeguards to ensure profitability and control of operations
• Advise GMs, HODs and finance teams on financial matters
• Treasury management, cash planning, optimize cash use; monitor tax law changes and implement policy updates
• Support opening of new products; assist with accounting for asset sales or ownership changes
• Maintain communication with Belmond regional office (Milan) and Cheval Blanc corporate (Paris); report to Divisional Financial Controllers and GMs
