Job summary

CELINE Production in Strada in Chianti seeks a hybrid Special Work Development & Industrialization Specialist to bridge design, development, and production. You will independently manage projects, ensure feasibility, timelines, and cost optimization in a luxury setting.

With 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel and PLM/SAP knowledge, you will lead cross-functional activities, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement to production readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles; luxury manufacturing preferred.
• English proficiency; French knowledge a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PLM system expertise; SAP familiarity preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
• Results-oriented with proactive approach to innovation and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Pattern Making, Development, and Warehouse during sampling and industrialization.
• Supervise and update follow-up files; create Masters for Special Works.
• Ensure product data entry into PLM; coordinate testing and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Quality during development and product launch readiness.
• Plan and organize activities to meet production launch timelines.
• Evaluate defects and implement corrective solutions; manage SL assembly issues.
