Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants in Italy is seeking an experienced Managing Director/General Manager for a super luxury boutique hotel. This visible, hands-on leader will be responsible for all operations, commercial performance, guest experience, people, and financial results, while engaging with ownership and international stakeholders.

The role requires a hotelier with gravitas, leadership excellence, and a passion for luxury service to elevate the property and brand

Competenze

Proven senior leadership experience within luxury or upper-luxury hospitality.
Previous General Manager experience or a compelling track record.
Experience with internationally recognised luxury brands or leading independent luxury hotels.
Strong commercial and financial credentials.
Strong knowledge of Italy and/or wider European luxury hospitality market.
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

Mansioni

Overall strategic and operational leadership of the hotel.
Lead a high-performing executive and management team.
Develop the hotel's commercial strategy, including revenue, sales, marketing, and market positioning.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost management.
