Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants is seeking a senior Construction Manager based in Florence to oversee new-build and major renovation projects for luxury hotels across Italy. The role requires hands-on construction leadership with proven experience in the Italian luxury-hospitality sector and an ability to work closely with owners, architects, consultants, and authorities.

Competenze

• Extensive hands-on luxury hotel construction/renovation experience in Italy.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel across Italy and work across multiple sites.

Mansioni

• Oversee construction and major renovations from pre-construction through handover.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, schedules, budgets, contracts, and risks.
• Participate in contractor selection, procurement, negotiations, variations, and claims.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings across Italy.
• Ensure compliance with Italian regulations, permitting, and local authority procedures.
• Provide reporting on progress, costs, risks, and issues to senior management.
